A usability testing platform. I owned development of the recruitment workflow that let researchers order precisely targeted participants directly in the product. I also designed and built the service architecture behind moderated testing, from live-session orchestration to recordings, and contributed to Own Database, its participant-management tool for importing, segmenting and recruiting from a company's own research panel.
