The Payload-based framework we built before QUESTPIE: installable domain modules, scaffolding, migrations and deployment tooling used across client applications. It taught us where extending a CMS helps and where the abstraction starts fighting its host. Retired and being prepared as an archived reference, not a dependency to adopt.
